We know you’re excited to get your Idozi goodies, and we’re working to get them to you as quickly as we can.
Order Processing
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email. If you haven’t heard from us within 5 business days of placing your order, please email us at info.idoziskin@gmail.com.
All our products are made in small batches to keep them fresh. During busier periods, orders may take up to 5 business days to process.
Shipping Rates
We ship within Canada and internationally.
Hamilton, Ontario
- Courier shipping: $7
Rest of Canada (including Ontario outside Hamilton)
- Courier shipping: $14.50
- $10 shipping on orders over $80
- Free shipping on orders over $150
International
- Shipped via Canada Post International. Rates and delivery times are set by Canada Post.
Most orders within Canada arrive in 5-10 business days after shipping.
Heat Sensitivity
Our butters and oils are made with natural ingredients that soften or melt in warm temperatures. We package every order with care, but products may still melt in transit during hot weather.
To protect your order, please ship it to an address where it won’t sit in the heat, and arrange for it to be picked up promptly. Avoid leaving packages in direct sunlight or in hot spots like mailboxes for long periods.
