By browsing idoziskin.com or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service, along with our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree with these terms, please don’t use the site.
We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes take effect as soon as they’re posted on this page, and continuing to use the site means you accept the updated terms. We recommend checking back occasionally.
Our online store is powered by Shopify Inc., which provides the platform we use to sell our products.

Idozi Skin products are made in small batches with natural ingredients. Because of this, slight variations in colour, scent, and texture between batches are normal and do not affect quality.
We do our best to show product colours and details accurately, but how they appear may vary depending on your screen.

Our products are for external use only. Please review the full ingredient list before purchasing, especially if you have allergies or sensitive skin. We recommend doing a patch test before first use. Stop using any product that causes irritation.

Prices are listed in Canadian dollars and may change without notice. We may discontinue products or change the site at any time.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear to be placed by resellers, orders with limited stock, or orders affected by a pricing or listing error. If we cancel or change your order, we’ll contact you using the email or phone number you provided.
